Call for action: activity report temporary employment agencies

Temporary employment agencies with a recognition in the Brussels Capital Region and/or Walloon Region must report on their activities for the past year through the so-called activity report.

Deadline to submit the activity report is:

  • Brussels: 30 September 2022
  • Wallonia: 30 June 2022

The deadline still seems a long way off, but it is best to start preparing now. In addition to filling in the form that the regions provide to report on the activities as an temporary employment agency, a number of documents must also be collected (including certificates from the tax authorities / NSSO that there are no tax debts and/or social security debts). This will also take some time, which you should take into account.

Foreign temporary employment agencies with recognition in the aforementioned regions do not escape this obligation either. After all, the Belgian temporary employment regulations are mandatory and therefore also applicable to foreign agencies. Moreover, the activity report is only one of the many administrative formalities imposed on a temporary employment agency in Belgium.

If you are not entirely familiar with the Belgian temporary employment regulations and have any questions about them, please do not hesitate to contact us.
