Update: activity report temporary employment agencies 2023

Temporary employment agencies regognised in the Brussels Capital Region and/or Walloon Region must report on their activities for the past year by means of the so-called activity report.

Deadline to submit the activity report is:

Brussels: 30 September 2024

Wallonia: 30 June 2024

The deadline still seems a long way off, but it is best to start preparing now. In addition to filling in the form that the regions provide to report on the activities as a temporary employment agency, a number of documents must also be collected (including certificates of no arrears from the tax authorities / NSSO). This will also take some time, which should be taken into account.

Foreign temporary employment agencies with recognition in the aforementioned regions do not escape this obligation either. After all, the Belgian temporary employment regulations are mandatory and therefore also applicable to foreign agencies. Moreover, the activity report is only one of the many administrative formalities imposed on a temporary employment agency in Belgium.

PLEASE NOTE: Activity reports must be submitted via the webpage, make sure you have access to the online platform in advance!

If you are not entirely familiar with the Belgian temporary employment regulations and have any questions about them, please do not hesitate to contact us.
